This is an old drawing I posted over a year ago. I figured it was about time that I finished it. The lineart I posted included Sailor Mercury, but I was so unhappy with the drawing that I had to remove it. This was an experimental drawing, so the proportion might look really off to you. It is. Really, I wanted to make this look similar to the anime. As if Toei had decided to go along with these designs.

Senshi Fuku Design
The senshi fuku is not a redesign, but is actually Naoko Takeuchi's original designs for Sailor Mars. You can see the concept art in the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Settei Shiryoushuu Artbook. [link] Yes, these are the same concept pieces that contain the famous pink-haired Sailor Moon.
